What payment cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Are my payment details safe?
Absolutely. We use secure payments systems, which does not reveal the credit or debit card details to us. Only the payment system sees that information.

Do you offer other payment services?
Of course, because we want our valued customers to feel safe when buying from us. We offer PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. These are all well trusted payment services, over which you have full control. We will never get to see the payment card details and would never attempt to do so. We want to provide a first-class service, selling 100% genuine products, and not poke around in anyone's financial details! 

Can I delete my account with you?
Yes, you can. We'd be sad to see you go, but it's your choice and we respect that. Once you request the deletion of your account, the payment details are also deleted. This is irreversible and we cannot reactivate a deleted account or payment information.

Are my account details safe?
Yes, and we would never reveal any aspect of your data to anyone. We're in the market of bringing first class products to our wonderful customers, and not selling people's activities. That's just plain rude!

What if there's a problem with the product when I receive it?
You have nothing to worry about. Click Here to discover our refund policy. If there is something missing, or the product is damaged in any way, we will replace it.

How about recycling?
We have designed the Liberty Nailbar and its packaging to be fully recyclable, although we don't expect you to consider this for many years! However, the supplied tack, so important to the use of the Liberty Nailbar isn't currently recyclable. But don't worry about it. I'm sure we'll cover that too in the near future.

What if I lose a part?
We all know accidents will happen. At some point, a finger will fall foul of a vacuum cleaner or an overzealous pet. To overcome this potential disastrous event, we sell fingers, lids, and feet to keep your Liberty Nailbar going.
