Are your products genuine?

Yes, they are. We only stock original products from your favourite brands.

What if something I like is not in stock?

We replenish our warehouse regularly and what's on our site will always be available.

Do you really own the Liberty Nailbar product?

We do, yes! We spent a long time perfecting and designing the Liberty Nailbar to be the perfect way of painting false nails before wearing them. There will only be one Liberty Nailbar after we protected the design, so where ever you see the name, rest assured it will be the original one.


Can I cancel my order?

We process all overnight orders at 11am and despatch the same day. If you can let us know via the contact form below or call us, we'll gladly cancel and refund the card you paid on. After this time, your order will be on its way.

Once you receive your item, contact us and obtain a returns number. Send it back, preferably in the same packaging, and once we get it back to our warehouse, we'll gladly refund you.

What if I receive the wrong item?

What payment options can I use?

Rest assured that our Secure 3D payment system will keep
your details safe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. We don’t have access to any payment details, so there is no chance of your details leaking out.


How do I track my delivery?

Every order is tracked using a reputable courier. As soon as your order is packed, we will send you an email with the tracking details.

How quickly can I get my order?

All orders placed before 11am on weekdays are dispatched the same day. We use a 2-3 day service, but experience has shown most orders arrive the next day. You will have the tracking information, so you will know exactly where your delivery is at any time.


What if my order goes missing?

The recent bad news about some couriers will make you nervous about ordering from any online company like ours. We fully understand that, and to help you out, please let us know as soon as you’ve not received your order after five days. We can then work with the courier and get back to you
with a resolution.
